Zusammenfassung: Bei der Fertigung von organischen LEDs (OLEDs) werden einzelne Schichten mit geschalteten Effusionszellen aufgedampft. Die zu messenden Raten liegen im Bereich der minimalen Auflösung des Messsystems. Aufgrund der hohen Empfindlichkeit treten viele Messausreißer und ein großes Rauschen auf. Herkömmliche systemtheoretisch beschreibbare Filter stoßen hier an ihre Grenzen. Eine große Zeitkonstante glättet zwar das Signal, jedoch auf Kosten der Dynamik. Das hier vorgeschlagene statistische Filter erkennt Messausreiẞer und glättet den Signalverlauf, ohne wesentliche Informationen an den Schaltflanken zu verlieren.

In order to produce an organic LED (OLED) different layers are deposited by switched effusion cells. The measured values are near the resolution of the measurement system. Owing to the high sensitivity of the system, the measurement signal is corrupted by many outliers and a lot of noise. State-of-the-art filters are limited in their ability to filter such a signal. An increased time constant would smooth the signal but at the expense of the dynamics. The statistic filter proposed here detects outliers and smoothes the signal with only negligible loss of information at the switching edges.
