Abstract in another language
Mass-sensitive chemical sensors such as surface acoustic wave (SAW) resonators suffer from their cross-sensitivity to temperature. We report on an approach to remedy this problem which is based on the fact that device characteristics such as the resonance frequency (f₀) and the transfer function magnitude (|S₂₁|) respond differently to the measurand and the interfering temperature.
