Abstract in another language

This paper introduces RecPro, a novel tool in the field of Business Process Management (BPM), fostering the integration of human-centric computing by integrating methods from recommender systems. Unlike existing approaches that enrich BPM by recommendation techniques, RecPro is not restricted to a specific recommendation method. This adaptability allows for the utilization of various algorithms to create personalized recommendations. By offering users task recommendations based on their individual likes and dislikes, RecPro fosters a more user-centric approach, addressing the often overlooked aspect of personal preferences in BPM. This integration signifies a move towards a more inclusive, efficient, and personalized BPM.
