FIELD: catalytic hydrogenation. SUBSTANCE: elaborated relatively simple and economically efficient method makes it possible to conduct catalytic hydrogenation of organics in single phase. This is achieved by feeding starting material solution saturated with hydrogen under pressure onto catalyst placed in reactor. Ratio of reactants is preliminarily calculated taking into consideration physico-chemical properties of substance to be hydrogenated. EFFECT: increased conversion (up to 99%) and selectivity.
