Produzierende Unternehmen in Deutschland stehen vor der Herausforderung, ihre bestehenden Produktionsanlagen für die Zukunft fit zu machen. Neben etablierten Zielen wie der Steigerung der Anlagenproduktivität steht dabei besonders die Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz aufgrund der stark steigenden Energiebezugskosten im Fokus. Dieser Beitrag zeigt ein Vorgehen zur messdatenbasierten Analyse von Produktionsanlagen, um die nötige Transparenz zur Ableitung maßgeschneiderter Produktivitäts- und Energieeffizienzoptimierungsmaßnahmen zu schaffen.
Dieser Beitrag entstand im Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekt "Sustainability in Remanufacturing Operations" und wird mit Mitteln des Bundesministeriums für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF), Förderkennzeichen (01RS1204A) gefördert und vom Projektträger im Deutschen Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt (PT-DLR) betreut.

Manufacturing companies located in Germany are confronted with the task to adapt their existing manufacturing plants to new challenges. Next to the traditional objective of increasing productivity, the focus lies in particular on the improvement of the energy efficiency situation with reference to the strongly increasing energy supply conditions. to identify target-oriented optimization measures plant operators, however, often lack fundamental and objective analysis of the actual plant situation to reveal lacks in production and energy efficiency. This contribution presents an analytical system for a real data based assessment of manufacturing plants. Based upon the resulting information of the analytical system, productivity ratios and energy consumptions can be determined up to individual plant components, thus creating the transparency required to derive customized production and energy efficiency optimization measures.
