Abstract in another language
Measuring mechanical strain with high resolution always makes it necessary to also monitor temperature and even humidity of the sensors environment. In this contribution, a novel highly sensitive strain sensor with inbuilt temperature measurement already proposed by the authors is thoroughly investigated with regard to the influence of temperature and humidity on its transfer function. Not only the static influence of the temperature on the strained device, but also the dynamic effects of temperature changes have been studied.
