Abstract in another language

Abstract in another language

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)-transactions and associated research build on one or more interrelated paradigms. These sum up implicit assumptions, theoretical underpinnings and conventions which are not explained to a great detail by scholarly papers. The heterogeneous spectrum of theories ranges from financial economics or strategic management onto behavioral and process-oriented aspects.
