Die Studie versteht sich als gutachterliche Zwischenbilanz, die im Sinne einer wissenschaftlichen Erfolgskontrolle politischer Maßnahmen das bisher Erreichte bei der Preisregulierung innovativer Arzneimmittel nach dem AMNOG aufzeigt, die eingetretenen Zielverfehlungen benennt, die dafür ursächlichen Defekte aufdeckt und praktikable Verbesserungsvorschläge macht.
