Schlauch, insbesondere Saugschlauch für Staubsauger, in Form eines Wellschlauches aus überlappend zu einer Helix gewickelten Kunststoff-Profilen, mit einer Welle, die im Überlappungsbereich miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Profile so geformt und gewickelt sind, dass wenigstens von einer Seite her ein Abdecksteg die Innenöffnung der Welle ganz oder teilweise überdeckt.
