Der Endkunde rückt zunehmend als Wissensakteur in den Fokus. Die Zusammenarbeit mit Unternehmen in der Produktentwicklung erfordert eine gemeinsame Kommunikationsbasis, die jedoch nur selten gegeben ist. Der Beitrag untersucht konkrete Praktiken der kooperativen Wissensarbeit zwischen Kunden und Unternehmen, die eine möglichst reibungsfreie Verständigung ermöglichen sollen.
