Abstract in another language

Specific data like specific electric energy consumption or specific electrode consumption are important reference numbers for EAF steelmakers. In this paper mass and energy balances are formulated to calculate the factors in the statistical approach of Köhle [2,4]. The difficulty is formulation of the relations between effects detected from the coupled mass and energy bal-ances and the electric energy consumption of the EAF. The calculations show, that the statis-tical developed coefficients after Köhle and the based on mass and energy balances calculated coefficients for the variation of the input masses of DRI, hot metal and slag formers and of gases (natural gas via burners, oxygen by lancing and post combustion oxygen) similar.
