Abstract in another language
The global food challenge poses an opportunity, and challenge, to legal systems. Law regulates vastly complex food systems, which include private and public actors across geographical and legal boundaries in order to solve and prevent problems of food safety and security. This chapter considers what law is needed to feed a hungry planet fairly and effectively.
