Wer kennt sie nicht, die E-Mails mit Millionenversprechen von Prinzen aus Nigeria, Werbung für Abmagerungspillen oder Lotteriegewinnbenachrichtigungen? Spam gehört zu unserem Alltag, und er belastet uns stark: Wir müssen Spam von Nicht- Spam trennen, und einmal geöffnete Anhänge bedrohen uns mit Schadsoftware. Bei Unternehmen bringt Spam Serverbelastung, und die Spam-Bekämpfung ist teuer. Schließlich fehlen die hochqualifizierten Entwickler von Spamfiltern bei der Entwicklung gesellschaftlich nützlicherer Software. Was also tun?
