Abstract in another language
Die Zahl der Flüchtlinge, die bis Jahresende 2017 nach Deutschland kommen, wird voraussichtlich unter 200.000 liegen. Das liegt weniger am Flüchtlingsabkommen mit der Türkei als daran, dass die Balkanroute verlässlich gesperrt wurde. Aufgrund der Grenzschließungen verlegten sich die Fluchtrouten wieder mehr über das Mittelmeer. Durch gezielte Polizeimaßnahmen und die Kooperation mit afrikanischen Mittelmeerstaaten ist auch diese Route in den letzten Wochen tendenziell zum Erliegen gekommen.
