Die Ankündigung des griechischen Regierungschefs Alexis Tsipras am frühen Samstagmorgen, ein Referendum über die Sparmaßnahmen durchzuführen, kam für viele überraschend. Tatsächlich stand ein solches Vorgehen während der Verhandlungen immer vage als eine Art Drohung im Raum. Ein Referendum über die Sparmaßnahmen ist unter gewissen Bedingungen sinnvoll, sagt der Bayreuther Volkswirtschafts-Professor David Stadelmann.
