Die Projektplanung ist von hoher Bedeutung für das Projektmanagement. Um Zeit-, Kosten-und Qualitätsrisiken zu reduzieren, kommt es insbesondere in Großprojekten darauf an, dass Projektportfolios auf ein gemeinsames Langfristziel ausgerichtet sind, komplexe Abhängigkeitsstrukturen berücksichtigen und flexibel anpassbar sind. Der orgeschlagene Ansatz hilft daher, umfangreiche Projektportfolios zielorientiert zu identifizieren und zu strukturieren.

Abstract in another language

Project planning is of high importance for project management. In order mitigate time, cost, and quality risks, large-scale project in particular require that project portfolios align to a common long-term objective, account for complex dependencies, and can be flexibly adapted. Against this background, the proposed approach helps identify and structure comprehensive project portfolios in a goal-oriented manner.
