Abstract
Die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsideen und Innovationen, gerade unter Nutzung von IT-Potentialen, profitiert von neuen Workshop-Konzepten. Zentral sind dabei Design-Thinking- und Scrum-/Sprint-Konzepte. In diesem Skript werden daher die Grundlagen von Design-Thinking- und Scrum-/Sprint-Workshops gelegt. Zu den Inhalten zählen auch Instrumente zur Unterstützung bei der Teamauswahl, zur Rolle des Scrum-Masters sowie zur Beurteilung der Ergebnisse.

The development and implementation of improvements and innovations, especially when applying IT-potentials, benefits from new workshop-concepts. Central topics are Design-Thinking– and Scrum-/Sprint-concepts. In this publication we provide the basics of Design-thinking– and Scrum-/Sprint-Workshops. This includes tools for supporting team-selection, the role of the Scrum-Master as well as the evaluation of results.
