Abstract in another language

The paper examines the role of past experience with an on-premise enterprise system on the confirmation of the actual performance of a cloud enterprise system. The research model is built on expectation-confirmation theory
conceptualizing and interlinking the different elements of system quality which differ strongly between on-premise and on-demand solutions. As the research is exploratory in nature and the sample size is very small, the data is analysed using SmartPLS. Results show that most of the confirmation can be explained through actual performance, whereas past experience with on-premise has no significant effects on confirmation and actual performance.
