Abstract in another language

This paper describes the in-circuit-characterization of ceramic capacitors with anti-ferroelectric material for voltage source inverters. This characterization is based on measurements in a mode identical to the real use in inverters. It will be shown how this method compares to the sinusoidal values based on the datasheet.
