„Spielen wir das beim nächsten Mal wieder? Bitte!“ Diese – an sich unspektakuläre, aber im Kontext betrachtet doch sehr erstaunliche – spontane Äußerung einer Achtjährigen zum Abschluss einer Stunde mit dem Schwerpunkt „Ball über die Schnur“ (Abb. 16.1) ist nicht nur Nahrung für pädagogischen Optimismus. Sie wirft die Frage auf, inwiefern Kinder Situationen im Sportunterricht als Selbstbildungsgelegenheiten ergreifen.
