Abstract in another language

In many applications with voltage source inverter the electrical load is connected using shielded cables, witch behave like transmission lines. According to the travelling wave theory, the voltage stress at a transmission lines’ output can be up to twice the input voltage. This paper investigates the reduction of voltage stress on a mransmission line fed electrical machine’s terminal
due to modification of motor cables. The investigation
is conducted with the boundary conditions of a medium
power traction drive for urban mobility. The proposed modification is compared with two different filter methods.
