Ferngesteuert: Für Asp-X-Ser/Thr-Peptide, die ein Pseudoprolin enthalten (rot, siehe Schema), ist die Bildung von Aspartimiden bei der Peptidverlängerung und bei konvergenten Zuckerkupplungen stark vermindert. Mit diesem Ansatz gelingt es, komplexe Peptide und N-Glycane effizient an der Festphase zu verknüpfen, sodass Glycopeptide und ‒proteine leichter zugänglich werden.
