In dieser Publikation werden zunächst die Grundlagen der Herausforderung der Teamarbeit im Umfeld von Industrie 4.0 gelegt und ferner Lösungsvorschläge zur Überwindung dieser vermittelt. Darüber hinaus beinhaltet dieses Skript unter anderem verschiedene Dynamiken und Wechselwirkungen, z. B. von Emotionen, Teamrollen und Persönlichkeitstypen. Auf dieser Basis werden die Grundlagen und spezifischen Konstellationen von Herausforderungen und deren Lösungen mittels Team-Arbeitskonzepten erläutert. Zusätzlich werden durch Übungen bewährte Lösungskonzepte vermittelt und diese in interaktiver Form trainiert.
Abstract in another language
In this publication we first lay the basic challenges of team work in the context of industry 4.0. and suggest solutions for overcoming these challenges. Furthermore, this text-book includes different dynamics and interdependencies, e.g. from emotions, team roles, and character-types. On this basis, we show specific problem constellations and provide the necessary concepts and tools for resolving the issues. Additionally, we practice established tools and concepts in an interactive way.
