Unter der Leitung von Leyre Maiso Fontecha (ERA) wurde die Konferenz mit einem Beitrag von Michel Miné (Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, Paris) zu der aktuellen Rechtsprechung des EuGH zur Arbeitszeit eröffnet. Insbesondere ging es um die Pflicht des Arbeitgebers, die tägliche Arbeitszeit mittels eines Zeiterfassungssystems zu protokollieren.
