Als Katalysator des Pflegenotstandes hat die Covid-19-Pandemie die gesellschaftliche Bedeutung der beruflichen Pflege hervorgehoben und die bereits existierenden Herausforderungen in diesem Bereich verdeutlicht. Es bleibt jedoch die Frage: Was tun gegen den Fachkräftemangel und die Fluktuation in der Pflege?
