Abstract in another language

In industrial housebuilding industry, producing high-customised, individual and complex products such as wall panels on manual mixedmodel assembly lines can result in bottlenecks and high variations in process times. To improve WIP and mitigate these issues, process times for each wall panel are predicted and used to allocate the appropriate workforce according to their skill level. Scaling this process across multiple lines enables dynamic scheduling, balances the workload among workers and improves throughput and overall line performance.
