Abstract in another language

This work deals with transferring a novel hydrocarbon gas sensor principle to robust and cost effective thick-film technology. The gas dependency of the complex impedance is based on a Cr2O3 interface between the Au interdigital measuring electrodes and a zeolite thick-film. A directly temperature controlled sensor device is realized. The results are in accordance with literature data.
