In the present contribution, a novel method for preparing p-type conducting SrTi1-xFexO3-δ sensor films is discussed. The sensor performance of nano-scaled electrospun nanowires and electrosprayed thin films is compared and contrasted to screen-printed devices based on mixed-oxide powders.
