Abstract in another language

SrTi1-xFexO3-δ, a p-type conducting perovskite material for conductometric hydrocarbon sensors, is known to present a stable and reversible response between 350 °C and 450 °C. Response characteristics of different compositions (x=0.2..0.5) towards saturated and unsaturated hydrocarbons have been investigated. Sensor functionality of screen-printed thick films has been compared to PLD thin films.
