Abstract in another language

We report the mechanochemical synthesis of several hybrid perovskite powders with diverse material compositions, such as MAPbI3, as well as mixed cation or halide perovskites like FA0.5MA0.5PbI3 or MAPbI2Br1. In addition, we were able to successfully synthesize mixed cation mixed halide perovskites including (FAPbI3)0.85(MAPbBr3)0.15 and (Cs0.05FA0.95PbI3)0.85(MAPbBr3)0.15, which represent state of the art stoichiometric compositions used for highly efficient perovskite solar cells. Such powders provide an alternative way to make films in which the material synthesis and the film processing can be optimized and tuned independently of each other. XRD, SEM and optical measurements confirm the complete reaction of all compounds. Photoconductivity measurements carried out on 500 μm thick films demonstrate the capability of these powder for applications in in hybrid perovskite based optoelectronic devices.
