Title data

Kita, Jaroslaw:
Multilayer Technologies and New Deposition Techniques in Sensors and Transducers Applications.
2018
Event: 54th International Conference on Microelectronics, Devices and Materials with the Workshop on Sensors and Transducers , 3.-5.10.2018 , Ljubljana, Slovenia.
(Conference item: Conference , Speech )

Abstract in another language

The talk gives an overview about applications of multilayer technologies like LTCC and HTCC in sensors and transducers as well as discusses possible combinations of different technologies, like standard thick-film techniques and LTCC, or use of novel deposition techniques like aerosol deposition method (ADM) to achieve desired electrical and thermo-electrical properties of the device.
