Abstract in another language
In this work a shadow optical investigation system is used to work out a clearer understanding of the Aerosol Deposition Method (ADM), which is a coating technology working at room temperature. Films of MgB2 were produced under different process conditions. For these process conditions also shadow optic images were taken. Thus a correlation of these images with the film thickness-profiles of the as-deposited films is possible. Such an analysis is performed for a concrete set of parameters in this work.
