Abstract in another language
In this work, a novel concept for resistive room temperature NO2 sensing is introduced with special respect to concentrations in the ppb-range. The sensor measures directly the dose of a target gas. The actual concentration can be obtained from the time derivative. ZnO, a wellknown material for gas sensing, is used to demonstrate the feasibility.
