Mixed halide perovskites, such as MAPbI3-xBrx, have emerged as a promising contender for tandem solar cell applications mostly due to their tunability of bandgap energy. However, pronounced halide migration, resulting in a performance deterioration, is still an unresolved problem. To address the halide kinetics, we study the temperature dependent halide mixing between MAPbI3 and MAPbBr3 as a function of the perovskite powder morphology. Here, the surface to bulk ratio of the powder particles is varied by systematically changing particle sizes.
