Abstract in another language

Dosimeter-type gas sensors determine directly the timely integral of the concentration of an analyte in both the ppm- and ppb-range. The dosimeter signal, mostly the change of the relative resistance or of the capacitance, correlates directly with the quantity of the analyte. Besides impedimetric gas dosimeters for the detection of NOx and cancerogenic trace gases, a radio frequency-based NOx dosimeter is presented. Various sorbing materials like NOx storage materials, semiconducting materials, and zeolites are appropriate for the dosimeter concepts working at different temperatures.
