Mit der EU Inc. soll eine harmonisierte Kapitalgesellschaft geschaffen werden, die insbesondere Start-ups und Scale-ups große Flexibilität bietet und auf den Leitprinzipien „digital-only" und „once-only" beruht. Der Beitrag erörtert die wesentlichen Inhalte des am 18.3.2026 präsentierten Verordnungsvorschlags der Europäischen Kommission und bewertet sie im Kontext des nationalen und europäischen Gesellschaftsrechts.
