In Fortführung der 2004 von Walter Bayer gestarteten Reihe gibt der Beitrag einen Überblick über die Entwicklung des Europäischen Unternehmensrechts in 2025/26 sowie die für die Zukunft zu erwartenden Maßnahmen. Im Fokus stehen dabei u. a. die EU Inc., die Umsetzung der DigiRL II, das Omnibus I-Paket zur Vereinfachung der Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung und der CSDDD, die geplante Überarbeitung der ARRL (Teil I), Insolvency III sowie wichtige Urteile des EuGH (Teil II, erscheint im nächsten Heft 33/2026).
