In Fortführung der 2004 von Walter Bayer gestarteten Reihe gibt der Beitrag einen Überblick über die Entwicklung des Europäischen Unternehmensrechts in 2025/26 sowie die für die Zukunft zu erwartenden Maßnahmen. Im Fokus stehen dabei u. a. die EU Inc., die Umsetzung der DigiRL II, das Omnibus I-Paket zur Vereinfachung der Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung und der CSDDD, die geplante Überarbeitung der ARRL (Teil I, BB 2026, 1731 ff.), Insolvency III sowie wichtige Urteile des EuGH (Teil II, in diesem Heft).
